- Payment Information: All payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Polar Software Inc ("Polar.sh") (as Merchant of Record). We do not store your credit card details. Polar.sh's privacy policy governs their collection and use of your data.
- User Content: We collect the data models, prompts, code, and other information you input or generate through the Service, including via the FlowFast CLI.
b) Information Collected Automatically:
- Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the Service, such as the features you use, the number of AI calls you make, timestamps, and IP address.
- Log Data: Our servers automatically record information when you use the Service, including data sent by the FlowFast CLI.

- Polar.sh: For payment processing and acting as Merchant of Record for all transactions.
- AI Model Providers: We share your prompts and data models with third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) strictly to generate the outputs required for the Service. We do not use this data to train the underlying models for purposes other than providing the Service to you.
